SOVRN Coaching will provide you with accountability, motivation, support and most importantly professional training knowledge.  Allowing a coach to guide you through this endeavor will help you to break through plateaus, get rid of aching and nagging bodies, and finally get the results that have been eluding you!  

You will have access to every tool needed to achieve your goals.  Imagine not having the burden of writing your own training every morning/week/month and just opening up your app on the phone and having the training routine right there in front of you. With that app, the demo videos provided with exercises specifically tailored to fit your needs, so you don't have to wonder which exercises you need to be performing.  

 

Not to mention technique! Technique will also be monitored, so you don't have to worry if you are performing the exercises correctly or not. Through the app, you can upload videos of yourself performing the exercises and your coach will provide you with the proper feedback. Have something specific you are training for, like a marathon, or an Iron Man? Then, your coach will design a program that will specifically cater towards those goals.

Having trouble with the nutrition side of things and how much you should be eating? Your coach will provide you with a nutritional intake prescription based on your needs to help you achieve your goals.

CUSTOM COACHING

SOVRN Coaching & Fitness helps people of all levels of fitness achieve their goals of strength and conditioning. We begin the process by an initial consultation where we get to know you and what your goals are and how we think we can achieve those goals.  

 

We will evaluate each individual through a movement analysisThen, we get to the drawing board and come up with a game-plan. You will receive weekly programming and your coach will work with you on a weekly basis to ensure progress and communication continues.

CUSTOM NUTRITION GUIDANCE

Want to lose weight or pack on lean muscle mass? SOVRN will help you to achieve that through food recommendations and accountability.  We will work with you to make sure the coaching you receive works with you, your schedule, and lifestyle.

 

Here at SOVRN, we don't overthink nutrition.  We keep it simple! The best part about simplicity is that it is easier to stay consistent and disciplined.  Consequently, it works!  

We are here to help you through the nutrition process every step of the way ensuring your progress, whether that be a big nutrition change or just minor tweaks here and there.

What The Process Looks Like

Consultation

After filling out our coaching application, we will have a 1:1 Zoom Call where we will fill out onboarding intake information to better get to know your background, injury history, and goals.

Assessment

Following the Zoom Call, we will evaluate your mobility, power, strength, endurance, and the quality of movement with injury history taken into account. Videos and  feedback can be uploaded via TrueCoach for your coach to see.

Now you are live and your custom programming/nutrition

will be uploaded weekly progressing you towards your goals.  Your coach will check-in on your videos and feedback, and once a month you'll get a  30 minute check-in call.

"I don't write reviews. In fact, I detest them. However, what Sovrn Coaching has done for me in 4 short months beckons me to write this review so that others can experience the life change and results that I have. I met the owner and coach through a mutual community as one in need of desperate help. I was in the middle of a career change which required me to work all night long sitting in a car eating fast food at 1am to suddenly finding myself required to perform at a high level on a physical fitness test in order to join the ranks of a high performing unit that protects this country. Jon was essentially tasked with taking an overweight, stressed, time-limited individual and turning me around into a high performer.
